1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Gohira Group (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with our services, you (“client” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Services Provided Gohira Group offers a variety of services including, but not limited to:
Real Estate Development
Architecture and Design Services
Interior Design Services
Home Renovation Services
Joint Development and Land Purchases
3. Service Fees and Payment Terms
All fees for services will be agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of the project.
Payments will be made according to the agreed-upon payment schedule outlined in the service agreement.
In case of delays in payment, a penalty may apply, and the project may be put on hold until payment is received.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary information and documentation in a timely manner.
Clients are responsible for securing any required approvals, permits, or licenses for the project.
5. Project Delays
Gohira Group will make every effort to complete projects on time; however, unforeseen delays due to weather, supply chain issues, or other external factors may occur.
We will inform clients of any delays and provide updated timelines as necessary.
6. Confidentiality
All confidential information shared during the project will be kept private, and both parties will ensure the confidentiality of any proprietary information.
7. Liability
Gohira Group will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the client’s failure to follow instructions or advice given by our team.
We ensure that all services will be provided with the highest level of professionalism and care.
8. Ownership of Designs and Plans
All architectural designs, blueprints, interior designs, and other intellectual property created by Gohira Group remain the property of Gohira Group, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our designs or plans without written permission.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice if the other party breaches any of the terms outlined in this Agreement.
In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of any services rendered up until the termination date.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute will be handled through mediation or arbitration, in accordance with the laws of India.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Gohira Group reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before they are implemented.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
